Award-winning filmmaker Ace Norton, who now has videos from LCD Soundsystem, Sébastien Tellier and Death Cab for Cutie under his belt, recalls his first foray into the world of directing:
“I shot the video for ‘Desperate Guys’ back in 2002 when I was a film student at the University of Southern California. It was my first real directing job, and my first commissioned music video for a record label. When the video was shelved I remember being really sad and thinking my non-existent directing career was completely over!”
